Is it actually free to try?
Yes. Signing up gives you 200 credits and asks for no card. That's enough for a real conversation and a couple of photos before you decide whether it's worth paying for.
Will this charge me again?
No. Every purchase is a single charge for a fixed number of credits. There's no subscription and nothing renews.
What do credits get spent on?
Messages, generated photos and suggested replies. The cost is shown before you commit to it, and your balance is on screen the whole time.
Are the people real?
No, and we'd rather say so plainly than be coy about it. Every character is fictional and every image is generated by a model.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits, within 14 days, for any reason. Credits you've already spent can't be refunded because the thing they bought was delivered. Full detail in the refund policy.
Something's gone wrong. Who do I talk to?
Email [email protected] and a person replies, usually within a day. Billing problems are not handled by a form.
